Privacy Policy

FuelLog is a nutrition and hydration tracking service operated by AI Air LLC. This policy explains the information FuelLog processes and how it is used.

Information FuelLog processes

FuelLog may process account information such as your email address, a mobile number you choose to provide for SMS authentication, and identity information returned by Sign in with Apple. FuelLog also processes nutrition, food, meal, hydration, goals, and related history that you choose to record.

Mobile numbers and SMS

If you opt in to SMS authentication, FuelLog uses your mobile number to send one-time passcodes and account-verification messages that you request. FuelLog does not use this toll-free SMS program to send promotional or marketing messages.

Mobile-number and SMS-delivery information may be processed by service providers and telecommunications carriers as necessary to deliver, secure, and operate the authentication service. FuelLog does not sell your mobile number or share SMS consent information with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

You may reply STOP to opt out of SMS verification or reply HELP for help. For customer care, contact support@aiair.pro. Message frequency varies based on your sign-in and account activity, and message and data rates may apply.

Food photos

Food and Nutrition Facts photos are sent for analysis when you choose photo logging. FuelLog is designed not to keep a permanent meal-photo archive. Structured results you confirm can be stored in your Food Log and Food Library, while the image itself is not intentionally retained as part of your history.

Voice input

If you use microphone input, your browser or operating system may use its speech-recognition service to convert audio into text. FuelLog receives the resulting text command and does not intentionally store microphone audio. Typed or transcribed food commands may be sent for AI-assisted nutrition estimation when needed.

Service providers

FuelLog uses Amazon Web Services for authentication, hosting, APIs, compute, data storage, and SMS-delivery infrastructure. AI-assisted food analysis uses OpenAI from the server side. Sign in with Apple is provided by Apple. These providers process data as needed to deliver their respective services.

Authentication and device storage

FuelLog uses Amazon Cognito for authentication. To keep you signed in, authentication session information can be stored locally in your browser on the device you use. Signing out removes FuelLog's locally stored session. Anyone with access to an unlocked device may be able to access an active session.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate your account, display your diary and Food Library, calculate recorded nutrition and hydration, analyze foods you ask FuelLog to analyze, improve logging speed through reusable foods, and operate and secure the service.

Data retention

Structured nutrition and hydration history is retained so your diary remains useful unless it is deleted through supported product or administrative processes. Food photos are not intended to be retained as a permanent archive. Operational logs are designed not to contain passwords, authentication tokens, API keys, or photo image data.

Health information

FuelLog is a tracking tool and does not provide medical diagnosis or medical advice. Nutrition estimates, especially AI estimates, can be imperfect. Review important information before relying on it.

Changes and contact

This policy may be updated as FuelLog adds features or changes service providers. A revised policy will show a new effective date on this page. FuelLog is operated by AI Air LLC. For privacy questions, contact support@aiair.pro.
